  • Pregnancy Testing and Ultrasound Scanning

  • Options Counseling

  • H.O.P.E. Mentoring Program

  • Adoption Support

By completing the form below, a referral for services will be sent to Living Alternatives on your behalf. A member of their staff will contact you directly to schedule an appointment.

We can help you with transportation to Living Alternatives, either by providing a ride or paying for a ride share.
